Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss what brings you to counseling, your personal history, your goals for therapy, and answer any questions you may have. Together, we’ll create a plan that best fits your needs.

Most sessions last approximately 50 to 60 minutes.

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, stress, and other emotional or relational difficulties.

Yes. As a Christian counselor, I am happy to integrate faith into our sessions if that is important to you. My approach is always client-led, meaning I will only incorporate faith, Scripture, or prayer when requested. Whether you share my faith or not, you can expect a respectful, welcoming, and evidence-based counseling experience.

Individual, couples, and family sessions are $125 per session. I also offer a limited number of sliding-scale appointments to help make counseling more accessible.

I accept select insurance plans. Coverage depends on your insurance carrier, the services being provided, and whether your presenting concerns meet medical necessity and diagnostic requirements. If you have questions about using your insurance benefits, I’d be happy to discuss your options.

Yes. I offer both in-person and secure telehealth appointments for many counseling services, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your schedule and needs.

This depends on your goals and current needs. Many clients begin with weekly sessions and gradually transition to biweekly or monthly appointments as progress is made. We’ll determine a schedule that works best for you together.
